1.27. March Break Fun at RBG


Celebrate March Break at the Royal Botanical Gardens with exciting family-friendly activities! Dive into Alice in Bloomland, explore the Imagination Playground, create whimsical planters, enjoy a fibre arts exhibit, and visit the Escarpment Train exhibit. Hands-on workshops and interactive exhibits make it a magical experience for all ages!


Location: Royal Botanical Gardens680 Plains Road West, Burlington, ON, L7T 4H4 (near Hamilton)

Date: Saturday, March 9, 2025 – Sunday, March 16, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily (time-ticketed for some attractions)

Price: Included with admission to Alice in Bloomland or specific exhibit tickets. Additional fees for workshops.


Additional Details:

  • Alice in Bloomland: Step into a floral wonderland inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Features interactive exhibits, search-and-find activities, and a Makerspace.

  • Imagination Playground: Creative fun with foam blocks (included in Alice in Bloomland tickets).

  • Whimsical Planter Workshop: Build a garden with live plants, whimsical flowers, and mushrooms. ($30 per kit, March 8, 9, 15, 16).
