About the Event
The annual Beaches Easter Parade returns to Toronto on Sunday, April 20, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM. This beloved community event, hosted by the Toronto Beaches Lions Club, showcases festive floats, lively performances, and the spirit of Easter in the heart of Toronto’s Beaches neighborhood.
The parade route begins at Munro Park Avenue and proceeds west along Queen Street East, ending at Woodbine Avenue. The event is expected to last approximately two hours. Perfect for families, friends, and community members of all ages, the parade offers a vibrant celebration of Easter traditions and local culture.
Please note that road closures will be in effect throughout the area to accommodate the parade:
- 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (partial road closure): Queen Street East, from Munro Park Avenue to Fallingbrook Road.
- 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM (full road closure): Queen Street East, from Munro Park Avenue to Fallingbrook Road; Nursewood Road, from Queen Street East to #24 Nursewood Road.
- 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (full road closure): Queen Street East, from Woodbine Avenue to Fallingbrook Road.
- 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM (full road closure): Woodbine Avenue, from Queen Street East to Lake Shore Boulevard East; Lake Shore Boulevard East, from Coxwell Avenue to Woodbine Avenue.
Spectators are encouraged to plan ahead and consider alternate transportation methods, as TTC routes will be rerouted and delays expected. The parade will proceed rain or shine.
