Doughnut Making Class - Le Dolci

Join Le Dolci for a fun and delicious Doughnut Making Class on May 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.! This two-hour class is perfect for beginners and covers everything from rolling and cutting the dough to frying and decorating your own brioche doughnuts. The dough is pre-made, allowing you to focus on the satisfying process of shaping, frying, and decorating your creations. You'll learn how to gauge proofing, achieve the perfect golden-brown texture, and get creative with toppings and glazes. Each student takes home 8-12 doughnuts (and maybe a few doughnut holes!). The class includes recipes for brioche dough, chocolate glaze, and vanilla glaze, which will be emailed before the class. Note: This class contains nuts.
