About the Event
Celebrate Easter with your furry friend at the National Service Dogs' Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs & Their Families! Taking place on Good Friday, April 18, 2025, this unique and heartwarming event will be held in six cities across Ontario and Alberta: Kitchener, Guelph, Hamilton, London, Windsor, and Calgary. The London location is at the picturesque Plunkett Estate.
This family-friendly event features thousands of colorful eggs filled with prize tokens and dog treats, hidden across local parks. Dogs and their human companions will work together to collect eggs and retrieve prizes. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., and the hunt starts at 11:00 a.m., concluding at 12:30 p.m.
Early Bird registration is $20 per family and is available until March 7, 2025. After that, online registration costs $25 per family, and day-of registration is $30 per family. All proceeds directly support National Service Dogs' award-winning Certified Service Dog programs, which empower children with autism and restore independence to veterans and first responders living with PTSD.
Participants can also fundraise to unlock exclusive NSD gear, including branded T-shirts, treat pouches, and sweatshirts, with top fundraisers earning the chance to sponsor and name a service puppy.
