Hoppy Easter with Baby Chicks!

Make this Easter weekend unforgettable at Schneider Haus National Historic Site! From Friday, April 18, 2025, through Monday, April 21, 2025, visit the historic site for a variety of family-friendly activities and springtime fun. The event runs daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with something special for everyone.

On Friday, enjoy a delicious seasonal treat - freshly baked Hot Cross Buns straight from the oven, available only on this day. Throughout the weekend, dive into creative crafts, including making your own hopping bunny and slime to take home, or check out the adorable baby chicks chirping away onsite.

For kids, mini egg hunts take place hourly at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m., where participants can collect Easter treats. Spot the golden egg during the scavenger hunt for a chance to win a free membership to the Region of Waterloo Museums!

Admission is affordable and includes access to all activities. Adults (18-54) pay $7.00, seniors (55+) pay $6.00, students (13-17) pay $5.00, children (5-12) pay $4.00, and children under 4 enter free. A family pass is available for $16.00, covering two adults and dependent children. All prices are subject to HST, and Eventbrite fees may apply.
