Uptown Egg Hunt

Hop into the Easter spirit with the Uptown Egg Hunt in Uptown Waterloo on Sunday, March 30, 2025! From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., bring your family and friends to explore local businesses while enjoying candy giveaways, exciting activities, and tons of fun for all ages.

Participating Uptown Waterloo businesses will be handing out candy, so don’t forget to bring your own basket (BYOB) to collect sweet treats along the way. Head to Bauer Kitchen Patio for a visit to the Uptown Waterloo BIA tent, where the first 50 visitors will receive a free tote. Enjoy coloring activities, a live DJ, and other surprises for the whole family.

At the Heart of Uptown Waterloo, located at the corner of King and William streets, you’ll find even more free activities like face painting, caricature sketches, and live DJ performances. Over at the Waterloo Public Square, kids can climb aboard a firetruck and join in on more fun while soaking in the lively atmosphere.

Be sure to find the Uptown Explorer for a selfie moment to commemorate your day! This event requires no registration and is completely free to attend, making it the perfect way to celebrate Easter and enjoy the vibrant Uptown Waterloo community.
